Eat a balanced diet (preferably hormone and pesticide free, organic is best)
Drink plenty of water (use a good
water filter or bottled water)
Cut out processed sugar as much as possible (use honey, agave or stevia)
Cut
down or stop drinking soda pop and coffee
If you smoke, stop (there is alot of help out there, quit making
excuses)
Get plenty of exercise (yoga, pilates, walking, anything to get you moving)
Use earth friendly
cleaning products
Use natural makeup, cleansers and moisturizers
Learn to meditate
Make time
for fun and recreation (laugh)
Use alternative medicine when appropriate (Use your common sense)
Remember
and build your connection with spirt
Build a good support group (friends and family)
Don't
be hard on yourself if you aren't doing any of these things right now. Take one thing at a
time and make
a healthy change. You'll feel better for it!
